PINE WALL CROSSES
BEAM on BEAM (FINISHED)

• Large Wooden Crosses that are great for use in Churches and Schools etc. Excellent for Wall Displays.

• Finished to enhance the woods Natural Colour and Grain. Nothing added to the original appearance.

• These Wooden Crosses are planed to finish in 45mm x 45mm sections.

• Large Wall Crosses are supplied in two sections for easy assembly. One section sits on the other with fittings.

         Beam on Beam Cross     Assembly Instructions

1. Loosen the screw at the back of the vertical beam and swivel the shorter beam into the horizontal position to make the shape of a cross. Ensure that the screw is slack enough for this to swivel easily into place without damaging either section.
    

2. Re-tighten the screw to ensure a tight and square fix.
    

3. If you require a permanent fixing, remove screw and apply wood glue to where the sections join.
    

4. Re-place screw into pre-drilled hole at the back of the vertical beam (larger section) and fasten securely with good driver into horizontal beam (smaller section) ensuring everything is square. DO ENSURE THAT TO WIPE OFF ANY SURPLUS GLUE IMMEDIATELY ONCE YOU HAVE SECURED BOTH SECTIONS FIRMLY.
    

5. Job done.
    

6. WARNING: Pine Softwoods will react to big temperature change being a soft wood.
    

7. Please note that Wall Fixings are NOT supplied.
